English comedy nights in Spinderihallerne is a collab between Vejles Newcomer Service and Spinderihallerne

Join us for a fantastic evening of english comedy at Spinderihallerne. Three professional comedians guarantee a hilarious night of quality stand up! This time featuring Joshua Hardie, Jefferson Bond and Dharshika Christopher. The event is in English.

About the comedians

Jefferson Bond
Bond is an Irish-English, award-nominated stand-up comedian currently based in Copenhagen. He has performed extensively throughout Denmark and Northern Europe and has been a warm-up act for comedians such as Russel Howard, TJ Miller, Axel Blake, and Morgan Jay on their tours of Denmark. In his first year of competing, he became the first English-speaking comedian to reach the finals of Sweden and Denmark's national comedy competitions. He has also performed stand-up numerous times on Danish television on TV2 and DR.

Joshua Hardie 
In less than two years, Joshua Hardie has established himself as one of Copenhagen’s most promising English speaking comedians, performing several times a week around the city.
Being born in the UK to Danish and American parents left Joshua with a confusing accent and unusual fashion sense — but this "fish out of water" is eager to charm you with the droll mishaps of his life.
Wordplay and one-liners meet tales of dates gone awry in a simultaneously silly and cerebral act. His sold out 2023 show “A Gentle Man” drew so many audience members that some had to be seated on the floor.

Dharshika Christopher
Since her debut in June 2020, Dharshika Christopher has performed stand-up in front of audiences varying from four people in a bar to 1500 people at the opera in Denmark. Dharshika Christopher is an award winning comedian based in Copenhagen, with a knack for doing stand-up in different languages and eager to make audiences laugh in every city she visits.
