BLAS – ORGANIC SMALL BATCH BREWS
BLAS is a small Irish/Danish family-run microbrewery housed located 20km from Vejle where the hills and forests of the Vejle Ådal turn into the barren heath of West Jutland. The brewery is housed in an old Danish creamery (“mejeri”) built in 1928 that we renovated step-by-step after taking it over in summer 2018. We (finally!) started producing beer in summer 2022 and draw inspiration from the diversity of our wonderful world and its different peoples and cultures. All of our beers are brewed on a small manual brewhouse and we place a strong focus on experimentation and continuously handcrafting new and exciting beers that are balanced, fresh and full of flavour.
