English comedy nights in Spinderihallerne is a collab between Vejles Newcomer Service and Spinderihallerne

Join us for a fantastic evening of english comedy at Spinderihallerne. Three professional comedians guarantee a hilarious night of quality stand up! This time featuring Anders Morgenstierne, Ira Sylvester and Kriti Parajapati. The event is in English.

About the comedians

Jonas Kjærsgaard is known for his imaginative jokes, sharp audience
interaction, and original use of the stage. This led to his nomination
as "Talent of the Year" at the Zulu Comedy Gala in 2021. With his
surreal humor, Jonas Kjærsgaard contributes to the evolution of the
genre while maintaining a cool and laid-back demeanor. He has performed
on both larger and smaller stages throughout the country and was one of
the New Hopes in 2015 at the Zulu Comedy Gala. Additionally, he
participated in the Red Cross charity show "Grin Til Gavn" in 2022

Ray Samson is a Copenhagen based and raised comedian. His style can best be described as being low energy comedy. Most of his jokes are storytelling, about his own life, and thoughts about the state of the world.

Søren Ladefoged Eventhough Søren has only done stand-up for a relatively short while, he already has a well-established ability to engage an audience. Chronically unimpressed due to his upbringing in the northwestern part of Denmark and with a general comedic outlook on things, Søren zooms in on all absurdities – both in his own life and all that surrounds us – while, most importantly, making people laugh along the way.

Besides being a skilled performer, Søren is also a talented joke-smith who as of latest has lent his talents to Simon Talbot and written jokes for several tv productions for him. For example ‘En Stor Aften Sæson 2’ which is currently on TV 2 Play.

Søren Ladefoged is experienced in writing and performing in English as well. He did warm up for one of Conrad Molden’s shows on the current ‘ÆØÅ’-tour.
